LARTIZAN LAUNCHES FLAGSHIP RESTAURANT AT S MAISON

A Toast to the French Art of Good Bread, Great Taste, and Timeless Elegance

November 17, 2025  — The artistry of traditional French baking takes center stage as Lartizan, the country’s pioneer in authentic artisanal French sourdough, unveils its newest flagship restaurant at S Maison, Marina Way, Mall of Asia Complex, marking an exciting new chapter for the beloved French boulangerie.

At its new flagship home, Lartizan brings together the essence of French tradition and modern refinement. Here, the artistry of good bread meets the elegance of the French table, where every loaf, pastry, and plate reflects patience, precision, and passion.

A Modern Parisian Escape

Designed to transport guests to the quiet sophistication of a Parisian dining experience, Lartizan S Maison features a palette of soft neutrals, warm wood, and elegant gold accents that create an atmosphere of rustic charm and refinement. Adding a deeply personal touch, the photographs adorning the walls were personally taken by Jonard Koa, son of founder and CEO Mr. Johnlu Koa, during their travels across France, capturing moments that inspired the very soul of Lartizan.

A Higher Expression of Craftsmanship

Dining becomes an immersion into time-honored technique and patient artistry at Lartizan S Maison. Every dish is crafted with the precision and care that define true French gastronomy. Each loaf and pastry tells the story of time: from the signature 36-hour French sourdough, to the delicately layered Baguette Burgundy, Panettone, and Brioche that showcase the restaurant’s devotion to tradition.

“Lartizan was born from my fascination with the discipline and patience that define true French baking,” shares Mr. Johnlu Koa, Founder and CEO of Lartizan. “Our 36-hour French sourdough represents that philosophy: it’s not rushed, it’s nurtured. Every loaf is a testament to precision, care, and the timeless value of craftsmanship.”

Bread at Lartizan is not simply a side, it is the soul of the table. Guests can expect a sensorial experience where the aroma of freshly baked dough meets the earthy richness of olive oil and the subtle notes of sea salt, pecorino, rosemary, and black pepper. Every bite speaks to Lartizan’s philosophy: that good bread takes time, and excellence lies in the details.

The Sweet Side of Tradition

Beyond its savory delights, Lartizan S Maison honors its pâtisserie roots with a selection of exquisite desserts that balance French refinement and indulgence. From delicate macarons and buttery tarts to rich pecan and chocolate creations, each confection reflects the same dedication to craftsmanship and quality that has defined Lartizan since its beginnings. Every sweet is designed to celebrate the sensory journey of French cuisine, from the comforting warmth of bread to the elegance of a beautifully glazed tart.

The French Way of Life, Reimagined

Lartizan’s menu transports diners to the heart of France, where meals are shared and savored slowly, from the Caviar Parfait with Blini and Fresh Oyster & Truffle Rockefeller, to the velvety Salmon Mousse, Raclette, and Chicken Liver Pâté with Foie & Apple Compote. Each dish reflects the artistry of French cuisine, balancing richness with restraint, indulgence with simplicity.

You no longer need to go to Paris to experience le goût du bon pain, or the taste of good bread and l’art de la table française, the timeless artistry of the French table.

With this new flagship, Lartizan officially transitions from a well-loved boulangerie to a complete French fine dining destination, where heritage and modernity meet in perfect harmony. Every element of the space, from its soft-hued interiors to the elegant table settings, evokes the romance of Paris and the nostalgia of old-world French dining.

Lartizan is open daily (Monday to Sunday) from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
