A hopeful job seeker embarks on a journey of career exploration.

A premier platform for career growth

Organized by Jobstreet by SEEK in partnership with the Private Sector Advisory Council (PSAC), the two-day Career Con 2025 promises to be a transformative experience for jobseekers. It features an array of activities tailored to meet the diverse needs of its attendees, from fresh graduates to seasoned professionals.

The 'Trabaho para sa Bayan: J.O.B.S.' job fair, held in May 2024 in partnership with Jobstreet by SEEK at SM Mall of Asia, connects job seekers with potential employers and career opportunities.

Attendees can explore job opportunities from industry leaders in retail, banking, logistics, and more, including prominent employers such as SM Retail, Nestlé, Metrobank, and Accenture. The event will offer résumé clinics, career coaching sessions, and one-on-one interview pods, providing jobseekers with the tools to elevate their professional journey. For middle to top management professionals, the Career Summit Zone will host masterclasses and networking opportunities, focusing on upskilling, employment trends, and leadership innovation.

The Project DAPAT (Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Action Plan and Transition) Job Fair at SM Mall of Asia in November 2024 assists displaced information technology (IT) workers in finding new opportunities.

Adding to the excitement, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) will bring back its highly successful Digital Workforce Job Fair at Jobstreet’s Career Con. Following its initial success in 2024, this initiative will connect jobseekers with in-demand opportunities in the digital and remote work sectors, further empowering Filipinos to thrive in the tech-driven economy.

Driving workforce development and economic growth
This groundbreaking event underscores the critical role of the private sector in achieving the Philippines' ambitious goal of generating one million jobs by 2025. DOLE Secretary Bienvenido Ledesma emphasized the importance of initiatives like Career Con in equipping Filipino workers with the skills and opportunities needed to thrive in today’s competitive job market.

Mark your calendars and join Career Con 2025 on January 28-29 at the SMX Convention Center Manila. For registration and event updates, visit Jobstreet by SEEK’s official website and social media channels. Together, let’s shape a brighter future for Filipino workers.
