SM Little Stars 2026 Celebrates 17 Years of Nurturing Next-Gen Stars at Grand Finals

Thirty grand finalists from all over the country take the stage for their biggest adventure yet!

MANILA, Philippines, 3rd August 2026 — For 17 years, SM Supermalls has been where young dreamers discover the first spark that ignites their journey to becoming the stars they aspire to be. This August 8, the country's brightest young talents will once again take center stage at the SM Little Stars 2026 Grand Finals at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall, where the country's brightest young dreamers take their biggest step toward the spotlight.

This year’s SM Little Stars continues to inspire thousands of children to showcase their talents in singing, dancing, and more. After six weeks of auditions across 68 of your most-loved SM Supermalls nationwide, more than 40,000 children aged 4 to 7 wowed audiences with their talent, confidence, and charm. Only 30 exceptional young dreamers earned a coveted spot in this year's Grand Finals.

More than a talent competition, SM Little Stars gives children a stage to discover their confidence, express themselves, and celebrate their unique talents. For families, every performance becomes a proud milestone as they witness their little stars take their first steps toward bigger dreams.

Out of the 30 grand finalists, only two will earn this year’s highest honors—the Grand Shining Star, recognizing the young performer whose extraordinary talent leaves audiences in awe, and the Grand Dazzling Star, celebrating the child whose charm and confidence captivate everyone.

"Every child deserves a chance to shine, and SM Little Stars has given thousands of young dreamers that opportunity. Watching children grow in confidence, supported by their families and cheered on by their communities, is what makes this program truly special. We look forward to welcoming everyone as we celebrate this year's Grand Finals," said Hanna Carinna T. Sy, SM Supermalls Senior Assistant Vice President for Marketing and Leasing.

This year's Grand Finals will be judged by an esteemed panel composed of Karylle Yuzon, versatile actress, singer, and host; acclaimed filmmaker Antoinette Jadaone; OPM hitmaker and ABS-CBN Music Assistant Vice President Jonathan Manalo; Angel Datanagan, choreographer behind the viral "Gala To The Max" campaign; and Marcus Cabais, SM Little Stars 2016 Boy Grand Winner. The event will be hosted by GMA heartthrob Michael Sager and SM Little Stars 2017 Girl Grand Winner Gaea Mischa.

The finalists will vie for over ₱16 million in prizes, including National University college scholarships, a brand-new car, a trip to Hong Kong, recording and management contracts, ₱200,000 in cash, SM Gift Certificates, and many more exciting rewards.

Join us on August 8 at 3:00 PM at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall and cheer on the country's brightest young dreamers as they take the biggest stage of their young lives. Admission is free.

SM City Zamboanga: Architecture Inspired by Vinta, Weaving, and the Art of the South

ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines, March 2026 - SM Supermalls unveils SM City Zamboanga, its 90th mall in the Philippines, designed as an architectural expression of the culture and artistry of the Zamboanga Peninsula. The mall translates the city’s rich visual traditions into a contemporary lifestyle space where design reflects identity, heritage, and movement. Located along Mayor Vitaliano Agan Avenue in Camino Nuevo, the four level development spans about 61,000 square meters. The building rises with a modern silhouette that introduces a new architectural landmark for the city while drawing inspiration from the artistic traditions that define Zamboanga. The design narrative begins with one of the region’s most iconic symbols, the vinta. Known for its vividly colored sails, the traditional boat represents the maritime culture of the Zamboanga Peninsula and nearby island communities. Its geometric patterns and bold color combinations have become a visual signature of the region. Insi...
