Building with Purpose.” PHILCONSTRUCT Luzon expo highlights the construction sector's growing responsibility to deliver not only efficiency and innovation but also accountability, sustainability, and long-term value for communities. This event also supports the programs and beneficiaries of the Ayala Foundation, Inc.

The three-day event will feature a comprehensive showcase of construction materials, equipment, and tech solutions—from heavy machinery and building systems to emerging technologies that are redefining how projects are planned and executed. Attendees can expect direct access to leading brands and suppliers, creating opportunities for partnerships, sourcing, and business expansion within one venue.

Complementing the exhibition is HVAC/R Philippines, integrated within PHILCONSTRUCT Luzon, spotlighting advancements in heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems that are critical to modern, energy-efficient buildings. This dedicated sector underscores the increasing demand for smarter climate control solutions in both commercial and industrial developments.

A key highlight of the event is the TechnoForum, a series of knowledge-driven sessions led by industry experts and practitioners.
